We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you have any questions regarding our products or choosing the proper size please call us at (800-960-7371) and we would be happy to help you make the right purchase. If you receive a product that doesn’t suit your needs or body type please call us and one of our trained staff will be more than happy to assist you in making another selection. Certain hernia products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Products that cannot be returned include the briefs which are worn in lieu of traditional undergarments. The products that cannot be returned have been noted as such on the product detail pages. If you do receive a product that is not right for your needs and you wish to make an exchange or return you have 15 days from receipt of the product to contact us to request a Return Authorization Number. Please call our toll-free number (800-960-7371) between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time to request a Return Authorization. The Return Authorization should be clearly marked on the outside of your returned package for proper processing. Any items sent for return that do not fall within the guidelines will be returned at the customer’s expense. Return ConditionsAll products must be returned in the original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The RA number must be written on the return shipment. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Unless instructed otherwise. For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or laundered. Any items that have been worn or laundered will be returned at the customer’s expense. Exchange PolicyPlease call our toll-free number (800-960-7371) within 15 days upon receipt of your order to make an exchange. Exchange ConditionsAll shipping and handling costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on Hernia Briefs or items that have been worn or laundered. The number one reason for exchanges is due to mis-measurements in size. Damaged GoodsAny items damaged during shipment should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Contact HerniaProducts.com customer service department at 800-960-7371.
