This double spring truss fromTRUFORM® is designed with two (right and left) rustproof steel springs covered with 1" synthetic leather sleeves, joined together by no. 198 tapered back pad, 7" x 2½" at apex, which allows for circumferential adjustment and lateral pad placement.

Two no. 394 inguinal pads, with universal adjustment fixture and synthetic leather covering.
Two (right and left) no. 59 plated steel shanks.
No 58¾" anterior leather fastening strap, 10" long, with stud holes spaced at 1" intervals.
Even hip sizes: 30-44.

I have used this type of truss for over 30 years, and it helps me manage my hernia very well. However, the last one I ordered only lasted 18 mos before it broke. Others have lasted years longer.
