Please call our toll-free number (800-960-7371) within 15 days upon receipt of your order before making a return. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. If a Return Authorization Number is not clearly marked, your package may be refused. Any items sent for return that do not fall within the guidelines will be returned at the customer’s expense.

• All products must be returned in the original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
• The RA number must be written on the return shipment.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Unless instructed otherwise.
• For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or laundered as well as Hernia Briefs. Any items that have been worn or laundered will be returned at the customer’s expense.
• returns will be charged a 10% inspection/restocking fee.
• No late returns will be accepted.
• You will receive a refund less any S&H fees once the item has been approved as resalable.
